How to protect yourself When using public transport?

             The current epidemic of the coronavirus covid-19 which is spread a number of ways including being airborne and this poses a great risk to people who use public transport. Whether in planes, in cars, trains, electric trains, ships, planes passengers must sit, stand and be close to each other throughout the journey. Passengers have to breathe, cough, sneeze, speak, shout, hold on to the stainless steel railings.

             Many people with Covid show no signs and this makes it so dangerous because they might not know they have it but be spreading it on public transport so wearing a mask to prevent germs and viruses and bacteria enter the respiratory system mouth and nose therefore it is vital to wear a high quality face mask at all times traveling by public transport.

             The US Centers for Disease Control (Centers for Disease Control) recommends that users of public transport behave in the following ways:

                   1.Wear a mask to cover your mouth and nose all the time while traveling.

                   2.Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet or 2 arms.                   

                   3.Hand hygiene, such as washing hands before leaving the house and entering the house every time Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth.

                   4.If you feel sick Avoid using public transport. If necessary, use during low-user periods.

                   5.Carry alcohol gel with you and 1 -2 pieces of spare mass at all times to use for replacement. When the mask is wet or dirty

                   6.To reduce the risk of increasing the spread of COVID-19, refrain from traveling on public transportation unnecessarily.
